Operating Instructions for Remote Control Lawn Mower AWY-1000S

AWY-800S AWY-1000S AWY-1200S LAWN MOWER OPERATING STEPS
Step1:

pon receiving the lawn mower,

① For diesel models, add diesel; for gasoline models, add gasoline. Check the engine oil

② Open the remote control port and the lawn mower charging port to charge

Step2:

①Turn on the air switch of the diesel lawn mower.

②Turn on the air switch and start-stop switch of the gasoline lawn mower.

Step3:
①Unscrew the switch on the side of the remote control.

②Rotate and unscrew the emergency stop button.

③Press this middle switch button, Press and hold for 2 seconds turn on the remote control.

Step4:
The knob on the left is for "forward" and "backward".(As the picture shown)

Step5:
The knob on the right is for "left" and "right".(As the picture shown)

Step6:
①For the diesel lawn mower, first turn on the accelerator, release the decompression, and then rotate the electronic button on the side to start

②For the gasoline lawn mower, open the throttle to maximum,adjust the damper to 10%-20%,press the engine start button on the remote control,after startup, quickly adjust the damper to maximum.

Step7:
Turn on the lawn mower knife throttle, start the lawn mowing work.

Step8:
①Diesel Lawn Mower Shutdown:

Turn off the clutch.

Turn off the accelerator.

Turn off the emergency stop and side switch on the remote control.

Turn off the air switch.

②Gasoline Lawn Mower Shutdown:

Turn off the clutch.

Press the engine-off button on the remote control.

After the engine stops, press the emergency stop button.

Turn off the air switch.

Turn off the emergency stop and side switch on the remote control.

LAWN MOWER PRECAUTIONS

• Charge the remote control and lawn mower after receiving the goods.
  

• Turn on the remote control button and turn on the lawn mower button.
  

• Add fuel and check the oil level.Be careful not to add too much fuel or engine oil. If you add too much, oil leakage is a normal situation.
  

• When not in use, turn off the air switch.
  

• Avoid leaving the mower idle for long periods of time without starting the engine.
  

• When mowing grass on a slope, try to work left and right instead of up and down.
  

• Before starting the lawn mower, conduct a comprehensive inspection (such as checking for people in dangerous areas), and correctly wear safety helmets, goggles, sturdy shoes and other labor protection products.
  

• When working, choose the appropriate route and speed according to the terrain and grass density, and observe the road conditions in time.
  

• Tighten the screws and bolts of each part before each operation, and ensure that there are no loose or missing wires and wiring.
  

• Do not operate for a long time in extreme hot or cold weather. To avoid overheating and damage to parts, let the equipment rest for 10 minutes when refueling. After refueling, it can work continuously for about 1 hour.
  

• The mower must be used in a well-ventilated environment.
  

• Before mowing, thoroughly check the operation area, remove branches, stones, wires and other debris, and pay attention to dangerous positions such as holes and stumps.
  

• Before starting each time, ensure that the blade is off the ground and not in contact with other objects. Check the tightness of the blade and engine mounting screws. Replace the blade if it is bent or unbalanced. Using a worn blade may cause blade cracking and breakage, damaging the equipment and possibly causing personal injury.
  

• Do not refuel when the engine is running or hot. Refuel only after the engine stops and cools down (at least 3 minutes).
  

• When mowing on steep slopes, pay close attention to safety. When encountering foreign objects, stop immediately and thoroughly check if the mower is damaged and needs maintenance.
  

• When the lawn mower crosses gravel sidewalks or driveways, turn off the engine and maintain a uniform speed.
  

• During disease-prone seasons, disinfect the blade and chassis before and after operation to avoid disease spread.
  

• After the mowing season, store the lawn mower in a dry environment. Clean and maintain the equipment before storage.
  

• Avoid children under 16 years old from using it. Do not allow drunk people or those unfamiliar with proper mower operation to operate the equipment.

MACHINE MAINTENANCE

• Open the lid. For gasoline lawn mowers, add 92# gasoline; for diesel lawn mowers, add diesel.
  

• Fill engine oil. The best filling level is at the second groove of the oil dipstick.
  

• For diesel mowers with KOOP 195 engine: Change engine oil and clean the oil filter element after 10 hours of use. Use 20W-50CH grade engine oil. Change oil and clean the filter element every 50 hours.
  

• For gasoline mowers with LONCIN 459CC engine: Change engine oil after 10 hours of use. Use 5W-30 grade engine oil. Replace the gasoline filter element regularly.
  

• Before use, check if the track tension screws are loose, and if the engine and cutter fixing bolts are loose or missing teeth. Tighten them immediately if loose.
  

• Clean the control box regularly. Open the panel and clean dust and grass foam with compressed air. Clean immediately after use, do not wash with water!
  

• Check the generator belt regularly. If power generation is insufficient or there is belt slipping noise, adjust the tension or replace the belt in time.
