AWY-550 LAWN MOWER

PRECAUTIONS

1.Charge the remote control and lawn mower after receiving the goods.

2. Turn on the remote control button and turn on the lawn mower button.

3. Add gasoline and check the oil level.Be careful not to add too much gasoline or engine oil. If youadd too much, oil leakage is a normal situation.

4. When not in use, turn off the air switch.

5. Avoid leaving the mower idle for long periods of time without starting the engine.

6. When mowing grass on a slope, try to work left and right instead of up and down.

7. Lawn mower operation precautions before starting the lawn mower,conduct a comprehensiveinspection,such as whether someone is in the dangerous area,etc,and then wear safety helmets,goggles,sturdy shoes and other labor protection products correctly.

8. When working,choose the appropriate route and speed according to the terrain and grassdensity,and observe the road conditions in time.

9. The screws and bolts of each part must be tightened every time you operate,also,make sure thereare no loose or missing wires and wiring.

10. Do not continue to operate for a long time in hot or cold weather.In order to avoid overheatingand damage to parts,we suggest that you let the equipment rest for 10 minutes when refueling.Aftethe equipment is filled with oil,it can work continuously for about 1 hour before refueling.

11. The mower must be used in a well-ventilated environment.

12. Before mowing,thoroughly check the mowing area,remove branches,stones,wires,wires andother debris,and pay attention to dangerous locations such as holes and stumps.

13. Before starting each time,make sure that the blade is away from the ground and not in contactwith other objects. Check whether the mounting screws of the blade and the engine are tightened.Ifthe blade is found to be bent or unbalanced,replace the blade. Continuing to use a worn blade canresult in cuts forming near the blade,eventually causing a portion of the blade to break,affecting thelife of the mower and possibly causing personal injury.

14. Do not refuel when thle engine is running or still in a hot state. Refuel when the engine stopsrunning and.cools down(at least 3 minutes)

15. When cutting grass on the surface with a large tilt angle,we should pay great attention to safetyWhen encountering sundry objects,we should stop immediately and thoroughly check whether themower is damaged and maintained.

16. When the lawn mower crosses the gravel sidewalk or driveway,the engine must be turned off andthe speed must be uniform.

17. In the disease season,grass before and after the blade and chassis must be disinfected to avoid the spread of disease.

18. After the grass cutting season,store the lawn mower in a dry environment. Before storage,it shouldbe cleaned and maintained.

19. Avoid children under 16 years old from using it. Do not allow people who are drunk and unfamiliarwith the proper operation of the lawn mower to operate it.

MACHINE MAINTENANCE

1.Open the lid and fill the 92# gasoline.

2.Fill engine oil.The better filling location should be at the second groove.

3.After receiving the product, replace the oil after 10 hours of initial use, clean outthe remainingoil, and refill with new oil.

4.When you use the machine later,every 80 to 100 hours need to change the oiland air filter,after finish the mowing work,recommended store the machine in adry and ventilated place.

5.Before use,check whether the tightening screw of the machine track is loose,whether the fixing bolts of the engine and cutter are loose or lack teeth. If theyare loose,they should be tightened immediately.

6.Clean the control box regularly,open the panel and clean the floating and settling,grass foam with compressed air,clean immediately after use,do not wash!

7.Check the generator belt regularly. If the machine has low power generation orbelt slipping sound,please adjust the tightening or replace the belt in time.
